Found in the ruins of the temple of Dimtabba
The inscription can be translated - 'For the Goddess Nimintaba his lady, Shulgi, mighty man, King of Ur, King of the lands of Sumer and Akkad, built this temple for her.'
Made of a limestone and quartzite composition stone, it has an aged patina.
